His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased. to direct under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the name of Mr. IU TAK LAM be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 697 of the 20th October, 1933.

ORDINANCE No. 11 of 1930. (PILOTS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Pilots Ordinance, 1930, the Governor in Council hereby further amends Appendix B (Pilotage Dues) to the regulations con- tained in the Schedule to the said Ordinance as follows :--

Amendments.

"$25.00" is substituted for "$15.00"; and

"$15.00" is substituted for "$10.00".

NOTES:-The effect of the amendments is to increase the amounts to be paid to licensed pilots in respect of pilotage services.

Provision is made in the Appendix for doubling the amounts if the whole or any part of the services are rendered between sunset and sunrise.
