With reference to the annual list in two parts containing the names of persons authorised by the Governor in Council to perform the duties required by the above mentioned Ordinance to be performed by an auditor, published as Government Notification No. 495 in the Gazette of the 20th July, 1933, the following additions to part II of the said list are now published,--

Ordinance No. 19 of 1933.—An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding twenty- seven million twenty-nine thousand two hun- dred and thirty-five Dollars to the Public Service of the year 1934.
Ordinance No. 26 of 1933. An Ordinance to amend further the Summary
Offences Ordinance, 1932.

No. 162.-It is hereby notified that Mr. MICHAEL JAMES BREEN resumed duty as Postmaster General on 22nd February, 1934.

Ilis Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of section 3, sub-section (1) of the Factories and Workshops Ordinance, 1932, Ordinance No. 27 of 1932, WILLIAM ELLIOTT to act as an Inspector of Labour, Factories and Workshops, during the absence on leave of FRANCIS MEADE, with effect from 13th January, 1934.

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of section 3, sub-section (1) of the Factories and Workshops Ordinance, 1932, Ordinance No. 27 of 1932, DENIS WILLIAM PHILLIPS to act as an Assistant Inspector of Labour, Factories and Workshops, with effect from 13th January, 1934.
