EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

Hong Kong.
ORDINANCE No. 28 of 1917. (FERRIES).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance, 1917, the ferry named hereunder is excluded from the operation of that Ordinance so long as―
(1) no exclusive and conflicting licence is granted under
the said Ordinance; and
(2) only one vessel is employed in the service; and (3) the vessel employed is approved by the District
Officer, and is duly licensed; and
(4) the ferry adheres to a schedule approved by the
District Officer; and
(5) all directions given by the District Officer as to terminal and intermediate places or ports of call are complied with; and
(6) the fares and charges at any time taken and made
are approved by the District Officer.
EXCLUDED FERRY.
The ferry of Hu Tim between Tap Mun Village and Tai Po.
