ORDINANCE No. 25 of 1917. (FERRIES).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance, 1917, the Governor in Council further amends the Ferries Regulations set forth in Government Notification No. 695 of 1930 by the rescission of regulation 15A set forth in Government Notification No. 213, published in the Gazette of the 31st March, 1933.

The Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, Table L, Quarantine Regulations.

It is hereby declared by order of His Excellency the Governor in Council that Shanghai is a place at which an infectious or contagious disease, namely, small-pox, prevails.
