"Registering court" in relation to any judgment means.
the court to which an application to register the judgment is made.

(2) For the purposes of this Act, the expression "action in personam' shall not be deemed to include any matrimonial cause or any proceedings in connection with any of the following matters, that is to say, matrimonial matters, administration of the estates of deceased persons, bankruptcy. winding up of companies, lunacy, or guardianship of infants.
12. This Act in its application to Scotland shall have Application effect subject to the following modifications :-
(a) For any reference to the High Court (except in section eleven of this Act) there shall be substituted a reference to the Court of Session:
(b) The Court of Session shall, subject to the provisions of subsection (2) of section three of this Act, have power by Act of Sederunt to make rules for the purposes specified in subsection (1) of the said section:
(c) Registration under Part 1 of this Act shall be effected by registering in the Books of Council and Session or in such manner as the Court of Session may by Act of Sederunt prescribe :
to Scotland.
(d) For any reference to section two hundred and thirteen of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) 58 & 59 Act, 1925, there shall be substituted a reference to the Courts of Law Fees (Scotland) Act, 1895 :
(e) For any reference to the entering of a judgment there shall be substituted a reference to the signing of the interlocutor embodying the judgment.

13. This Act in its application to Northern Ireland shall Application have effect subject to the following modifications :-
(a) References to the High Court shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as references to the High Court in Northern Ireland :
to Northern Ireland.
(b) For the references to section ninety-nine and section two hundred and thirteen of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act, 1925, there shall be substituted respectively references to section sixty-one and section eighty- 40 & 41 four of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Ireland), 1877. c. 57. as amended by any subsequent enactment.
14. This Act may be cited as the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act, 1933.
