ORDINANCE No. 30 of 1933. (NAVAL VOLUNTEER

FORCE).

Notice of Commencement of the Ordinance.

In exercise of the power vested in me by the Naval Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, 1, Sir WILLIAM PEEL, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, the Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same, by this notice de appoint the Fifth day of February, 1934, as the date on which the Naval Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, shall come into operation.

Given at Hong Kong this Second day of February, 1934.

No. 72.-The following Order is published for general information:---

In accordance with the provisions of section 4 of the Unclaimed Balances Ordinance, 1929, His Excellency the Governor hereby directs that the sum of money, particulars of which appear hereunder, shall be transferred from the Deposit Account to the general revenue of the Colony. This transfer is subject to the provisions contained in the said Ordinance as to refunds.
