And whereas by virtue of an Order in Council dated the tenth day of November, nineteen hundred and thirty-two, made in pursuance of Section 67 of the Act, Part II of the Act came into operation in the United Kingdom on the first day of January, nineteen hundred and thirty-three:
Now, therefore, His Majesty, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon Him by the said Section 64, is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to direct and it is hereby directed as follows:-
1. The provisions of Part II of the Act set out in the First Schedule hereto which are expressed to apply only to British ships registered in the United Kingdom shall apply to British ships registered in the Territories set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
2. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Load Line Convention (Colonial) No. 1 Order, 1933.
