The Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10
of 1899, Table L, Quarantine Regulations.
It is hereby declared by order of His Excellency the Governor in Council that Haiphong is a place at which an infectious or contagious disease, namely, smallpox, prevails.

ORDINANCE No. 1 of 1873. (DANGEROUS GOODS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1873, the Governor in Council amends the regulations relating to Case Oil and the regulations relating to Bulk Oil, which appear on pages 25-41 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, as follows,-
(1) Case Oil.
Amendments.
In regulation 2 (on page 26) the signal letters R.K.O. are substituted for the signal letters T.H.E. (2) Bulk Oil.
In regulation 2 (on page 38) the signal letters R.K.O. are substituted for the signal letters T.H.E.
