The rainfall for the month of December at the Botanical Gardens was lius. 53 on 6 days, at the Matilda Hospital, Mount Kellett, it was in 65 on 3 days, at Fauling, 2ins. 30 on 6 days, and at the Police Station, Taipo, 2ius. 78 on 8 days.
The lowest reading of the barometer (M.S.L.) was 29ins. 781 at 15h. 00m. on the 29th. The maximum gust velocity as recorded by the Dines-Baxendell anemograph, was at the rate of 11 miles per hour at 23h 11m on the 28th.
