Notice is hereby given that the above transmitter will be taken out of service on and after 1st January, 1934, and that all Cape D'Aguilar transmission on these waves will cease on and from that date. Reception on this band will be available upon request only.

No. S. 434.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Dredging west of Kowloon Peninsula", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until 4 p.m. of Monday, the 18th day of December, 1933. The work comprises the providing of all plant and the dredging of over 1,000,000 cubic yards of material West of Kowloon Point and the disposal of same at Kun Tong, Kowloon Bay.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 462.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for formation of dumping ground at Kun Tong" will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 18th day of Decem- ber, 1933, for the construction of a pell-mell rubble mound to protect dredged materials dumped at Kun Tong, Kowloon Bay, and certain contingent work.
