in Seagrass, have on the 28th day of August, 1933, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :--

The above Mark had hitherto been used by the applicants for the last three years in respect of Seagrass in Class 50.

hair, and perfumed soap in Class 48.

So far as colours are concerned, the registration of the Mark is limited to the colours appearing on the coloured copy of the Mark deposited with the Registrar of Trade Marks.

The said Trade Mark is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 254 of

Facsimiles of the above Trade Mark and the coloured copy thereof can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
