Trade Mark No. 1 has been used by the Applicants since January, 1920, and Trade Marks Nos. 2 and 3 have been used by the Applicants since January, 1931, and all the said marks have been used in respect of Tea in Class 42.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of all the Chinese characters and words except (EE) in the Gold Medal Mark,.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Regis- trar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
