In the Matter of a claim by Cicero Gustavo do Rozario, Francisco Antonio do Rozario, Lilia Maria do Rozario da Silva and l'almira Cecilia do Rozario (hereinafter referred to as "the claimants") to the said Trust Fund.

OTICE is hereby given that the above- named claimants, who claim to be the heirs-at-law or next of kin of the abovenamed deceased, have by Originating Summons issued: out of this Honourable Court on the 28th day of October, 1933, made claim to the sum of $12,000.00 or thereabouts now held by the Official Trustee of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong to the credit of The Trusts of the Will of Raphael Arcanjo do Rozario deceased" as abovementioned, and by an Order of the same Court made on the 3rd day of November, 1933, the Court has LIMITED THE TIME FOR ENTRY OF APPEARANCE thereto by any person or persons who desire either to contest the said claimants claim, or to make applica- tion themselves for the said Trust monies to the 8TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1933, and that if no such appearance is entered on or before the said 8th day of December, 1933, the Court will proceed to adjudicate on the rights of the claimants to the said Trust monies, and will make such order or orders as to the Court shall deem just.

Copies of the said Originating Summons can be had on application to the undersigned by any person or persons desiring to contest or claim as aforesaid.
