(李怡記) Chu Ying Kee (朱英 記)Tse Yuk Kee(謝煜記) Tse Pik Kee (2) Kan Chun Sin Tong (簡存善堂) Wong Yau Kee (黃友 記) Ying Sam Kee (英三記) Chan kit hee ( BÀ EU ) and Au Chung Kee (歐松記) (hereinafter

called the Transferors") carrying on busi- ness in co-partnership as Soy Manufacturer under the style or firmi name of "Kwong Hing

Cheong Kee() at No. 165. Kremer Street, Taikoktsui in the Dependency of Kowloon and Colony of Hong Kong by an agreement dated the 19th day of September, 1933, have agreed to transfer the said business

to Lau Shin Hung (EZE) of No. 18.

Apliu Street, Shamshuipo, Kowloon aforesaid (hereinafter called the Transferce") on the 23rd day of October, 1933.

The Transferee intends to carry on the same business at the same place under the style or firm name of "Kwong Hing Loong Kee"

(2) The Transferee will

not assume any of the liabilities incurred in the said business by the Transferors.
