The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at its registered office at Asia Life Building, Victoria aforesaid and will not as- sume the liabilities incurred by the Transferors in the said business save and except those contained in a list of ereditors of the said business copies of which said list may be inspected at any time between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. and 5 p.m. at the offices of the Transferee or Messrs. Johnson Stokes & Master its solicitors.
