matter.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-

mentioned dividend may be received at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, aforesaid on the 18th day of September, 1933, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 pm, and on any subsequent day during office hours.

Creditors applying for payment must produce any bills of Exchange or other securities held

by them, and must sign a receipt in the prescribed form.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of :-

Perfumery, including toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and hair, and perfumed soap in Class 48.

So far as colours are concerned, the registration of the Mark is limited to the colours appearing on the coloured copy of the Mark deposited with the Registrar of Trade Marks.

1926.

The said Trade Mark is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 254 of

Facsimiles of the above Trade Mark and the coloured copy thereof can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
