SPECIAL CONDITIONS.

1. The bed is to be used solely for the purposes of rearing and breeding of oysters and for no other purposes whatever.

2. The lessee shall be entitled and shall execute on demand a lease from the Crown of the ground comprised in the bed leased such Crown Lease shall be in the form pro- duced at the time of lease and signed by the District Officer North.

3. The les ec shall within 3 days of the date of lease pay to the District Officer North for and on behalf of His Majesty the King the proportionate amount of the annual rent for the year.

4. The lessee shall if required before executing the Crown Lease provide security in the sum of two hundred dollars to the satisfaction of His Excellency the Governor for the proper performance by him of the covenants and conditions of the Crown Lease,
