OTICE is hereby given that The Tai 27, Yeung Electrical Company, of Burd Street, Victoria. Hong Kong, Manu- facturers, have on the 28th day of June, 1933, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-
Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, (herein-N after called "the Vendor" has by an Assign- ment in writing dated the 31st day of August, 1933, assigned the said business of the said “Louis" Ladies French Ilair Dressers to Maria Lednick of 220, Catherine Building, Nathan Road, Kowloon in the Colony of Hong Kong, (hereinafter called "the Purchaser") as from the 1st day of September, 1933.
The Purchaser intends to carry on the busi- ness at King's Theatre Building 4th floor aforesaid and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Vendor in the said business.

OTICE is hereby given that Chin Wing Ping, of No. 31, Des Voeux Road Central, first floor, Hong Kong, and No 2) Sap Pat Po North, Cantou, China and No 27, Boulevard Tong Doc Phuong, Cholon, Cochiuchine, Indo- Chine, has on the 28th day of August, 1933, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:
in the name of The Tai Yeung Electrical Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith, in respect of the follow- ing goods :-
Electric dry batteries, and torches or flash- lights, in Class 8.
The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the number and all the words except the words "Flying Wild Goose ".
