3. The Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, is hereby further amended :-

(a.) in section 2 thereof by the deletion of the words "King's warehouse" and by the sub- stitution therefor of the words "General Bonded warehouse".

(6.) in section 41 thereof by the deletion wherever it occurs of the word "King's" and by the substitution in each case of the words “Gen- eruf Bonded”.

(e) in section 45 thereof by the deletion wherever it occurs of the word "King's" and by the substitution in each case of the words "General Bonded and by the deletion of the word "keeper" and by the substitution therefor of the words "person in charge”. (d) in section 46 thereof by the deletion of the word "King's" wherever it ocenes and by the substitution in each case of the words "General Bonded"; and by the deletion of the word "keeper" and by the substitution therefor of the words "person in charge". (c.) in sub-section (1) of section 47 thereof by the

deletion of the words "keeper of a King's and by the substitution therefor of the words "person in charge of a General Bonded ". (/) in sub-section (2) of section 47 thereof by the deletion of the word "King's" and by the substitution therefor of the words "General Bondel".
