SPECIAL CONDITION TO LOT No. 1.
A space of 10 feet to be kept clear of the three existing graves on the Lot.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO LOTS Nos. 2 AND 3.
1. The Purchaser shall pay to Government the sum of $36 as compensation for fell- ¡ng 60 pine trees on the Lot.
2. Remainder must not be cut without the consent of the District Officer, North.
3. 50% of the whole area to be planted within 12 months from the date of sale and the whole to be planted within 24 months from the date of sale to the satisfaction of the District Officer, North.
4. Trees to be no more than 10 feet apart.
