No. S. 332.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Office, Taipo, at 11.30 a.m., on Wednesday, the 13th day of September, 1933.
The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as Agricultural Lots subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 570 of 1924 as amended by Government Notification No. 470 of 1931 and are further subject to Special Condition No. 1 (a) (b) and (c) in the above Government Notification.
