BOTANICAL AND FORESTRY DEPARTMENT.
No. S. 319. It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for making, clearing and repairing Forestry Paths and Fire Barriers, 1933", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 11th September, 1933, for making, clearing and repairing forestry paths and fire barriers for the Botanical and Forestry Department.
For forms of tender, specifications and further particulars apply at this Office.
No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
