1933, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-

in the name of Hidezo Kimura, who claims to be the sole proprietor thereof.

The above Trade Mark has been used by the Applicant since June,

1932, in respect of Chemicals and medicines in Class 3.
