CONDITIONS.
1. The lessee will pay to Tang Kwong Ching $60 as compensation for surrender of the unexpired portion of his lease and for money expended on the existing bund.
2. The lessee shall in 2 years, bund the area to the satisfaction of the District Officer, North.
3. The lessee shall deposit $25 for the renewal and re-crection of the telephone pole. 4. If the depth of water to be impounded is over 4 feet then lessee shall fill in for road protection purposes to the satisfaction of the District. Officer, North, that part between the S.E. bund and the main road.
