under the Companies Ordinances of Hong Kong, and whose Registered Office is situate at Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have, on the 18th day of March, 1933, applied for re- gistration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :---

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of the goods mentioned since 1900 in its original pack and for the past ten years in its present form in Class 47 for common soap, detergents, washing powders and other preparations for laundry purposes and in Class 48 in respect of perfumery including toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and hair and perfumed soap.
The applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the representa- tion of a box and all the words and characters appearing thereon with the exception of the word "LUX" and the Chinese Characters “

The Mark in Class 47 is associated with Trade Marks Nos. 103B/1900, 119/-
1906, 207 and 210 of 1930 and in Class 48 with Trade Marks Nos. 407/1929, 208 and 209 of 1930.

Trade Mark No. 1 has been used by the Applicants since October, 1932, in respect of the following goods :---
Vanishing cream, in Class 48.
Trade Mark No. 2 has been used by the following goods:---- Applicants since May, 1930, in respect of the
Pomade, in Class 48.
The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the word "Sincere's in both marks and that the Trade Mark for Pomado is to be associated with Trade Marks Nos. 99 and 100 of 1922 and 238 of 1931.
Fascimiles of the said Trade Marks can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, and also at the office of the undersigned.
