SPECIAL CONDITION TO LOT No. 343 in D.D. 185.

The Purchaser to pay to Licensee of Forestry Lot No. 331 the sum of $12 for fir trees growing on the Lot.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO LOT No. 937 in D.D. 40.

1. The Purchaser shall within twelve months from the date of purchase fill in the Lot and the area as shown coloured blue on the sale plan to levels as approved by the Hon. D.P.W. and shall construct between the points A and B, C and D, and A and D on plan a concrete wall of such design as may be directed by that officer and to his entire satisfaction.

2. The Purchaser shall construct such surface drains and channels as may be consi- dered necessary by the Director of Public Works and they shall be laid to proper falls and to his satisfaction.
