NOTIFICATION.
Arms and Ammunition : Saltp tre.
It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that Saltpetre, i.e, nitrate of soda scientifically known as 鈉氣酸 and also as although commonly employed as a fertiliser can also be manufactured into nitric acid an ingredient of high explosives and its import into China is regulated by the rules governing the import of arms and ammuni- tion.
Intending importers can obtain further information by applying to the undersigned.
