"That it has been proved to the satis) of Nos. 282 to 286 Lockhart Road,

The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at Nos. 282 to 286 Lockhart Road, (ground floors), Victoria aforesaid and is not assuming any of the liabilities incurred by the Transferors in the said business.
