in the name of I. G. Farbenindustrie AktienTM gesellschaft who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of Chemical substances used in manufactures, photography or philosophical research and anti-corrosives in Clas 1.

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
