in section 78 (1) and (2), for the words “ or imprisonment “ there shall be read "and im- prisonment", and the words
or either of such punish- ments in the discretion of the Court” are repealed ;

Ordinance No. 4 of 1890, in section 3 (3) (a). for the words or to a line, or to both imprisonment and fine" there shall be read and to a fine not exceeding 2,000 dollars".
Ordinance No. 2 of 1891. in section 6, for the
