OTICE is hereby given that the General

Electric Company, Limited, of Magnet House, Kingsway, London, W.0.2, England, Manufacturing Electrical Engineers, have, on the 3rd day of March, 1933, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:----

GENALEX

in the name of General Electric Company, Limited, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the applicants in respect of Wireless and other telephonic and telegraphic aparatus and parts and fittings for such apparatus, electric batteries and accumulators and electric measuring in- struments in Class 8.

A facimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong, and of the undersigned.
