The three Trade Marks have been used by the applicants in respect of Flashlight Batteries in Class 8.

Trade Marks Nos. (1) and (2) are associated with each other. The applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of all the figures and words appearing in Trade Mark No. (2) except the words "Wing Brand", and of all the figures and words appearing in Trade Marks Nos. (1) and (3).
