OTICE is hereby given that Chow Ngai Hing Knitting Factory, of No. 4, Pak Po Street, Mongkoktsui, Kowloon, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have, on the 24th day of January, 1933, applied for registration in Hong Kong of the accompanying Trade Marks :-

in the name of the said Pro-phy-lac-tic Brush Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The above Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of tooth Brushes in Class 50 since the 1st day of January, 1932.

The above Mark is associated with Trade Marks Nos. 18 of 1929 and 147 of 1932, and the registration of this Mark is limited to the colours deep blue, light blue, and yellow as shown on the Mark, lacimiles whereof can be seen at the Registry of Trade Marks and at the office of the undersigned.

The Double Trumpet" and "Lion and Elephant" Marks, have not hitherto been used by the Applicants and it is their intention to use them forthwith in respect of Articles of Clothing in Class 38; the " Lamp" Mark has already been used by the Applicants since December, 1931, in respect of the said goods.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the Chinese characters

(壹號線衫),(上等線衫) and(純美線衫) appearing on

"Double Trumpet ", "Lion and Elephant" and "Lamp" Marks respectively.

Facsimiles of the Marks may be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.
