No. 180.-It is hereby notified that information has been received from the British Ambassador at Washington to the effect that the Court of Customs Appeals have decided that transhipment at Hongkong does not vitiate direct shipment from the Philippines to the United States of America for the purpose of benefiting under the provisions of the Tariff
Act of 1909.
