The Transferee intends to carry on the said
business at No. 20, New Market Street, Victoria aforesaid, under the name of the Ching Wo
of the Kung Sang Yuen firm (公生源 Cheong Kee Firm (貞和昌記號) 號)of the same address (hereinafter called
"the Transferrer" is desirous of transferring the said business of the said Kung Sang Yuen firm
to Hop Sing Tong(合成堂)of No.111.
Caine Road, (second floor), Victoria aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferee "), on the 12th day of April, 1933.
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at No. 37, Wing Lok Street, Victoria 「 aforesaid, under the style or firmu name of the

not assume any of the liabilities incurred by the Transferrer in the said business.
