The plaintiffs in the said action claim against the Defendant the sum of name of Ngai Hing Hop Kee ($339.14 being the amount due for goods sold and delivered by the Plaintiffs

has been dissolved as from the 17th

day of February, 1933 so far as concerns the said Kwan Tsz Yin alias Kwan Yee Iling Tong, Kwan Cheuk Yin alias Kwan Yu Hling Tong, Leung Sing Lee, Cheung Ko alias Cheung Wing Yee Tong, Leung Woon, Chu Jim and Chan Siu Kwai who retire from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Ming Cheung Shi and Tsang Tik Sing who will con- tinue to carry on the said business in co-part- nership under the style or firm name of Ngai Hing Hop Kee at the same address.
