The Double Trumpet" and "Lion and Elephant" Marks, have not hitherto been used by the Applicants and it is their intention to use them forthwith in re-pect of Articles of lothing in Class 38; the "Lamp Mark has already been used by the Applicants since December, 1931, in respect of the said goods.

The Applicants di-claim te rght to the exclusive use of the hinese characters

(壹號線衫)(上等線衫) and(純美線衫) appearing on "Double Trumpet Lion and Elephant" and "Lamp" Marks respectively.

Facsimiles of the Marks may be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.
