The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as an Agricultural Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 570 of 1924 as amended by Government Notification No. 470 of 1931, and to Special Condition No. 1 (a) and (b). The path leading through this lot as shown coloured green on plan shall be kept open for the public use.

No. S. 66.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for New Drill Hall and Classroom, Kowloon Junior School", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 20th day of February, 1933. The work consists of the erection of a building of timber construction for use as a Drill Hall and Classroom.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
