SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO LOT No. 5.

1. The purchaser shall be entitled to take from the sub-soil of the Lot any clay, earth, sand or other material suitable for use in the making of bricks, tiles, or earthen- ware goods, but no other minerals whatsoever.

2. No clay, earth, or other materials shall be dug and works carried on within six yards of the boundary fences.

3. The purchaser shall not cut down, destroy or injure any trees standing on the said Lot without the written consent of the District Officer and shall permit such District Officer to plant trees on the said land within 6 yards of the boundaries adjoining any public road.

4. Wherever the said land or any part thereof shall cease to be used for the purposes of a brick field the purchaser shall restore the surface thereof to its original state as far as practicable unless he shall be required to leave the same in its actual state.
