2. The Purchaser shall be entitled and shall execute on demand a Lease from the Crown of the ground comprised in the lots sold. Such Crown Lease shall be in the form produced at the time of sale and signed by the District Officer.
3. The Purchaser shall within three days of the date of sale pay to the District Officer for and on behalf of His Majesty the KING the proportionate amount of the annual Rent for the year.
4. The Purchaser shall if required before executing the Crown Lease provide security in the sum of two hundred dollars to the satisfaction of the Governor for the proper performance by him of the Covenants and conditions of the Crown Lease.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The lessce may not mortgage or sublet the land.
2. The lease is determinable at any time on six calendar months' notice being given. 3. If the lease is determined by the notice from the Crown before expiration of the period for which the lot is leased the lessee is, if he has made improvements and if it is recommended by the District Officer, to be entitled to compensation, such compensation to be not more than twice the value of a crop taken off the land resumed.
4. At the expiration of the term for which the lot is leased the land with all improvements of whatever kind shall revert to and become the absolute property of the Government and no compensation whatever shall be payable to the lessee in respect of such improvements.
5. 50% of the whole area to be planted within 12 months from the date of lease to the satisfaction of the District Officer, North, and the whole to be planted within 24 months from the date of lease to the satisfaction of the District Officer, North. Trees to be no more than 10 feet apart.
