OTICE is hereby given that a Petition N

fo the winding-up of the above named Company by the Supreme Court of Hong Kong was, on the 18th day of January, 1933, pre- sented to the said Court by Chun Ying Cheung, No. 6, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong.

And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at 10 o'clock in the forenoon on the 16th day of February, 1933, and any creditor or contributory of the said Company desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an Order on the said Petition may appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

OTICE is hereby given that Transformer Corporation of America, of 2301, South Keeler Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, United States of America, have, by an application dated the 21st day of September, 1932, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :—

The "Clarion" Mark has been used by the Applicants since 1st November, 1921, in Class 41 in respect of cabinets for phonographs and radio receiving sets and Class 8 in respect of radio receiving sets and parts thereof and accessories therefor consisting of phonograph- record electric pick-up attachments, radio receiving sets used in combination with phonographs, television equipment, electron or vacuum radio tubes, and cabinets for phono- graphs and radio receiving sets.

The Hunter and Horn mark has been used by the Applicants since 12th May, 1930, in Class 41 in respect of cabinets for phono- graphs and radio receiving sets and in Class 8 in respect of Assembled sound amplifiers and loud speakers used in connection with wireless telephone and telegraph receiving instruments, radio receiving sets and telegraph receiving instruments, radio receiving sets and parts thereof, and accessories therefor consisting of phonograph-record electric pick-up attachment, radio receiving sets used in combination with phonographs, television equipment, electron or vacuum radio tubes, and cabinets for phono- graphs and radio receiving sets.
