An Ordinance to amend further the Summary Offences Ordin-
ance, 1932.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Summary Offences Short title. Amendment (No. 2) Ordinance, 1933.
2. Section 3 of the Summary Offences Ordinance, 1932, is amended by the addition of the following sub-section after sub-section (25) thereof :-
(25A) by any mechanical means reproduces or amplifies the human voice, any music or any noise whatsoever in a manner which, in the opinion of the magistrate having cognizance of the case, was intended to attract the attention of the passers-by in any public place, and was calculated to cause them to assemble in or to obstruct the same.
