ORDINANCE No. 1 of 1903. (PUBLIC HEALTH AND
BUILDINGS).
It is hereby notified that under section 90 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, His Excellency the Governor in Council has ordered that Kowloon Cemetery No. 1, situated at Fo Pang in Kowloon in the Colony of Hong Kong, be closed, and has authorised as a place to be used as a European Protestant cemetery, in substitution for the said Kowloon Cemetery No. 1, the piece of land in Kap Shek Mi Valley, in Kowloon aforesaid, containing an area of 11 acres (about), known or to be known as New Kowloon Cemetery No. 6 and more particularly delineated on the plan thereof deposited and which may be seen at the office of the Public Works Department, Victoria, Hong Kong.
