ARTICLE 3.

Provided that the provi- sions of the preceding arti- cles are complied with, the Contracting Parties under- take to refrain from claiming from each other the repay- ment of any expenditure of whatever nature which may be incurred by these deport-

ations.

ARTICLE 3.

Sous réserve de l'applica- tion des articles précédents, les Parties contractantes s'in- terdisent de se réclamer mutuellement le rembourse- ment des frais de tous genres occasionnés par ces expul- sions.

ARTICLE 4.

The present agreement shall come into force im- mediately. It shall remain in force until the 31st Dec- ember of the year following that in which either of the two Contracting Parties may denounce it.

In witness whereof the undersigned, duly authorised to that effect, have signed the present agreement and have affixed thereto their seals.

Done at Paris in the Eng- lish and French languages, both being equally authentic, the twenty-ninth day of July,

1933.

For the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ire- land:

ARTICLE 4.

Le présent arrangement entrera en vigueur iminédia- tement. Il restera en vigueur jusqu'au 31 décembre de l'année qui suivra celle au cours de laquelle l'une ou l'autre des deux Parties con- tractantes l'aura dénoncé.

En foi de quoi les sous- signés, dûment autorisés à cet effet, ont signé le présent arrangement et y ont apposé leurs sceaux.

Fait à Paris, en anglais et en français, les deux textes faisant également foi, le 29 juillet 1933.
