Paris, July 29, 1933.

THE Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of India, on the one part, and the Government of the French Republic, on the other part, have agreed upon the following provisions for the repatriation of Asiatic subjects of His Majesty the King of Great Britain, Ireland and the British Dominions beyond the Seas, Emperor of India, and Asiatic persons under the protection of His Majesty, natives of British India (in- cluding Burma), the Indian States under the suzerainty of His Majesty, Ceylon, the Straits Settlements, the Federated and non-Federat- ed Malay States, and Hong Kong, expelled from French Indo-China, on the one hand, and subjects and protected of the French Re- persons public natives of French Indo-China who are expelled from British India (including Burma), the Indian States under the suzerainty of His Majesty, Ceylon, the Straits Settlements, the Federated and non-Federated Malay States and Hong Kong, on the other.
