ORDINANCE No. 34 of 1910.
(NEW TERRITORIES REGULATION).
In exercise of the power conferred by section 6A (3) of the New Territories Regulation Ordinance, 1910, as enacted by the New Territories Regulation Amendment Ordinance, 1933, the Governor in Council makes the following rule :-
The keeping of any cattle, swine, sheep or goats within the boundaries of any of the following places, namely,
(1) Taipo New Market, (Tai Wo Shi)
(2) Un Long New Market,
(3) Hang Hau,
is prohibited.
The boundaries referred to in this rule are respectively shown on plans deposited in the offices of the District Officers of the districts wherein the places specified are situate.
