By His Excellency Sir WILLIAM PEEL, Knight Com- mander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice Admiral of the same.
WITEREAS by section 27 of the Juvenile Offenders Ordinance, 1932, (Ordinance No. 1 of 1932) it is provided that the said Ordinance shall come into force on such date as may be fixed by Proclamation of the Governor :
AND WHEREAS by section 3 of the Juvenile Offenders Amendment Ordinance, 1933, (Ordinance No. 22 of 1933), it is provided that that Ordinance shall come into operation at the same time as the Juvenile Offenders Ordinance, 1932, which it amends :
NOW I, the said Sir WILLIAM PEEL, do hereby proclaim that the said Ordinances shall come into force and operation on the Twentieth day of November, 1933.
