No. 670.-The Colonial Secretary has received information that under the Indian Explosives Act, the Government of India have, subject to certain exceptions, prohibited the manufacture, possession and importation of any explosives containing sulphur or sulphuret in admixture with the chlorate of potassium or any other chlorate.
