COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.
No. 614. With reference to notifications No. 393 of the 4th July, 1924, and No. 137 of the 3rd March, 1933, it is hereby notified that the French Government has acceded to the Anglo-French Civil Procedure Convention of the 2nd February, 1922, on behalf of the Colony of French Guiana as from the 1st August, 1933.
This accession makes the Convention effective between the Colony of French Guiana and the Colony of Hong Kong.
The authority to whom judicial and extra-judicial Acts and "Commissions Roga- toires" should be addressed is the Chef de Service judiciaire of French Guiana and the language employed should be French.
A copy of Convention may be seen on application at this Office.

COLONIAL SECRETARY'S Department.
No. 615.-It is hereby notified that the Junior Technical School has been added to the list of schools named in the first column of the Table in Government Notification No. 564 published in the Gazette of the 4th September, 1931, and that the fee or charge for medical inspection of pupils at such school will be $3 for each pupil, and will be payable as mentioned in the said Notification.

No. 616.-It is hereby notified that Ilis Excellency the Governor has been pleased to exclude the Magistrates from the operation of the Holidays Ordinance, 1912, Ordi- nance No. 5 of 1912, on Monday, the 9th October, 1933.
The Imports and Exports Department will be open for the purpose of Revenue collection and issue of permits only from 9 a.m. to 12 Noon on the 9th October, 1933.
