ORDINANCE No. 39 of 1932. (COMPANIES).
WHEREAS by section 291 of the Companies Ordinance, 1932, it is provided that any person may inspect the docu- ments kept by the Registrar of Companies on payment of such fees as may be appointed by the Governor not exceeding one dollar for each inspection.
AND WHEREAS it is also provided by the said section that any person may require a certificate of the incorporation of any company, or a copy or extract of any other document or any part of any other document, to be certified by the registrar, on payment for the certificate, certified copy or extract, of such fees as the Governor may appoint, not exceeding five dollars for a certificate of incorporation and not exceeding fifty cents for each folio of a certified copy or extract.
NOW THEREFORE I, Sir WILLIAM PEEL, Knight Com- mander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor and Commander-in- Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same, do hereby appoint the under- mentioned fees for payment in respect of the following
matters: --
For inspecting in respect of any company the register
or any file or document-For each inspection......$1.00
For a certificate of incorporation
5.00
For certifying a copy or extract of any other document or any part of any other document, per folio of 72 words

This Order may be cited as the Companies (Fees) Order (No. 2), 1933. and shall come into force on the 1st day of September, 1933.
